Learn About Our Pole Series:

Our pole series is designed to help you reach your pole goals and progress in your personal pole journey. With each series, you will master certain skills that have to be met to advance to the next series level. After you finish each program, there will be a graduation ceremony where you will perform a routine and receive a certificate completing your pole series graduation with Pole It Up Fitness Studio!

Intro to Pole: 

Intro to Pole is a 4-week beginner series where you will learn all about pole fitness, basic moves, proper form, and prepare you for the next series ahead. 
This is for new students.

Pole Level 1

After Graduating Intro to Pole, you will then move onto our Pole Level 1 series. This is an 8-week coursing that covers  strength conditioning and intermediate, specific pole moves.

We founded Pole It Up Fitness to give women of all sizes a place to come and feel comfortable in their skin, while helping them on their pole fitness journey. FAQ's

Here are some of our most, frequently asked questions.
We are an all-inclusive dance studio, who accepts members of all backgrounds! 

How old do I have to be to take a class?

All participants should be 18 years old.  With a parent's signed consent, we will allow 16+ year olds to participate.

What do I wear to class?

Come in what you are comfortable in. For pole, we suggest shorts that expose the knee. No lotion before class.

I'm new to fitness, Are you beginner friendly?

Yes, all of our classes are beginner friendly and perfect for students that want to start their fitness journey.

How Do I book a party?

Do I have to pre-register for a class?

For All Classes, we do ask that you pre-register online to reserve your spot. We only have a select number of spots open for each class. Once full capacity is met, class begins. Rescheduling available at owner's discretion. 

To book a party, please email us at poleitupfitness@outlook.com. Our 'party team' will reach out to you to secure your date and go over important party details. We do ask that you book your party 2 weeks in advance.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy?

There are no refunds. If you miss your class we can get you rescheduled for another class at a different time. All classes start on time and you wont be able to participate if you are more than 5 minutes late.

Waiver and Release Form

While training at Pole It Up Fitness with any of our Independent Contractors teaching classes at Pole It Up Fitness: I agree that I am over the age of 18 and if classified as a minor that my parent gave permission to participate. I understand that physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. You are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I agree that I engage in any physical exercise or activity, I do so entirely at my own risks. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (a) Your participation in any activity or training session and (b) Instruction, training, supervision by your instructor while at Pole It Up Fitness.
